- It's worth hiring someone with high Mechanics/Dexterity like Speck or Sparky to repair things for you, even if they never participate in missions. Guns in particular should be kept in good condition.
- Bushes are much more bulletproof than they look.
- Try throwing rocks to distract guards.
- Make sure you take canteens along for hot days.
- If you have to wade/swim, equip a knife in your hand in case of snake attack.
- Mercs' personalities are not just fluff - there will be situations where a merc doesn't wanna move because he wants to kill the enemy he's aiming at, or shoots another merc in the back because he hates him.
