• In order to get the True Ending, Britz must survive an encounter at the end of Chapter 11. In order to achieve this (avoiding spoilers) he must have at least Level 2 Affinity with each other character on the Tanaris. This must be achieved prior to Chapter 11 or you'll miss out.
