  • The personality test at the start is deciding your stats.
  • Timing is everything, especially when using counter moves.
  • Don't touch Eiji's character episodes until you've finished Ayana's. Starting Eiji's too early can lock you out of doing Ayana's.
  • When you're offered a chance to go through a mysterious door and meet the musicians; take it.
  • Finish Eiji's character episodes before going to Landmark Tower.
  • Before you enter the final boss fight, there's a character episode you haven't finished.
  • Save before character episodes, you can get locked out of them if you say the wrong thing.
  • You don't have to help every person in the game unless you really want to.
  • Enemies on the field won't trigger a fight if you happen to be overleveled, so you don't need to waste time ducking around them in older areas while you're exploring. I think the threshold is like 5 levels or something under you and you specifically, not your other party members.
  • Using the "return to entrance" option at a save point when you're already at an entrance to a location will just reload it, so you can call someone on WIRE and then have them show up easily instead of having to find them yourself.
  • All students have at least one area in the game they hang around in, whether it's completely stationary, walking around the area when it loads, and those who walk into the area after some time. If you're looking for the third kind for whatever reason, just hang around one of the entry points and wait and if they don't show up, try another.
  • Don't underestimate some of the options from the support menu during a fight, especially whenever one of your party members has poison. Story bosses are immune, but some of the tougher optional fights are not and you can punch above your weight instead of hoping to land a hit at something like 20% success rate.
