  • The pink energy shards are your biggest rate limiting step in growth, so stocking up on them as you go along is beneficial.
  • Combat is Pikmin-like, where you can either charge your sparks in or throw them at the enemy's back. Usually it's best to hit them in the back and then pull out before they do a windup attack.
  • Sparks will walk the length of a path in order to deliver things, which can mean a lot of wasted time if they are dropping items off and then walking back empty handed. If you need to cover a long distance then 5 short paths with 2 sparks on each and a chest to buffer items can be a lot more effective than a single long path with 10 sparks on it, especially if it's an intermittently produced material.
  • Make sure you are going back to unlock things at the shrine on a regular basis.
  • Some buildings like spark shrines can only be built on the spots with pink crystals. It's worth it to explore a bit before making a spark production chain to find a spot with a lot of build location.
  • It's definitely a factory game and the factory must grow. Choke out the sky with sparks in high production areas, especially along paths. That said, the basic sparks can carry things just fine so don't stress too much about making carry sparks.
