  • When you can, use the CMP150's secondary function, which is that it auto targets enemies. Your manual aiming reticle has to have pointed at them at one point, but after that, it'll follow them until they're dead.
  • This might be obvious, but make sure auto aim is on in the options. The game is 23 years old and isn't really like games nowadays; go ahead and auto-aim the hell out of it all.
  • Playing the combat simulator a bunch will prepare you for pretty much anything aside from turrets. Also, check out the firing range at the Carrington Institute; that'll literally teach you about every single weapon. You can access it by backing out of the main menu and walking downstairs. It's behind one of the doors there.
