Don't take the doll. It makes a new haunting appear over your box non-stop that candles cannot really fix.

While the girl can't die while you escort her, the more damage she takes the harder it gets to get a good ending.

Purify your apartment whenever a ghost appears in it, otherwise you might not be able to completely purify it.
