  • The most important thing is to learn the Ballad of Gales immediately after getting the bow and arrows. It allows you to teleport to certain points on the Great Sea and cuts down your sea travel time a lot.
  • There is a long stretch of the game near the end with no dungeons, just an eight-part treasure hunt. It leads to a mediocre dungeon, a good cutscene, and a great final boss, but it's a bit of a slog getting there, so it's up to you if you'd rather just see it on Youtube.
