- Play the game on Hard Difficulty. It's actually not harder, it simply has more dungeons and other content available. And after finding a "Jewel Orb" in each of those dungeons, you gain access to a final, extra secret dungeon, the Seraphic Gate. This is not possible if you play on Easy or Normal.
- Look up how to get the A ending. It's very easy to miss, and it's 1000x better than the B and C Endings.
- Alternately, I'd do two playthroughs.
