- If you want to do some minor gamebreaking, when you first get access to the crafting shop in the desert town, you can go between the search point in the desert and the nearby dungeon to grind craft items that you can exchange at the craft shop to get some weapons that will outclass most of the weapons you can buy until around the last quarter of the game.

- Use Luke/Guy/Tear/Jade as your party whenever possible.

- Play as Luke or Guy.

- If you want to do sidequests, do one playthrough "normal" and then one playthrough with a sidequest guide because you will never ever figure that shit out on your own.
